It’s time for all new home owners to fill out and file their Homestead Exemption forms. You must own and occupy the property as your principal residence. The dates for filing are January 1 – April 30. You’ll find the link to the fillable form at the Victoria County Appraisal District site. Filing for your homestead exemption will save you money on your property taxes.
